Our team arranges activation and renewal with you directly. There is no online checkout inside the app at this time.

A free plan is available when active in our plans. Contact us and our team will confirm the current option and set up your clinic.

Each clinic's data is isolated at the database level, and permissions are enforced by the server. Email verification, secure session storage, and password-change alerts add further protection.

Owners see clinic-wide information. Doctors see their own patients and appointments without clinic finances. Front desk can manage bookings, record payments, and see patient balances, but cannot edit clinical files or see clinic-wide revenue reports.

Bookings, patient files, and payments require internet because team data synchronizes live. The doctor's one-hour appointment reminder still works if the device is offline at that moment.

Access is removed softly. Their clinical and financial history remains attached to the clinic so past records are not lost.
